We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is confident, energetic, and business-oriented. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building customer relationships, and contributing to customer acquisition and sales growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customer opportunities. Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other channels. Reach out to perfumery students, perfumers, fragrance enthusiasts, institutions, and businesses. Introduce customers to Moleculeverse and its range of products. Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products based on approved product information. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.



Identify potential partnerships with perfumery schools, fragrance communities, creators, and businesses. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities. Track sales performance and prepare regular reports. Gather customer feedback and communicate market requirements to the management team. Contribute ideas for increasing customer acquisition and sales. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident and professional personality. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Valuable persuasion and negotiation abilities. Interest in sales, business development, e-commerce, or the fragrance industry. Good research and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. Freshers are welcome to apply.
