Job Overview

SEED CAMPUS is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Accounting Faculty member with practical knowledge of SAP FICO and Tally. The candidate will be responsible for delivering accounting and software training to students, focusing on practical applications and industry requirements.

We welcome candidates with strong accounting knowledge and the ability to teach software applications through practical examples and real world business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical classes in accounting, finance, and related subjects.
- Provide hands-on training in SAP FICO and Tally.
- Teach accounting principles, financial transactions, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Explain accounting concepts using real world business scenarios.
- Evaluate student performance and provide academic guidance.
- Introduce students to up-to-date accounting technologies and AI-based accounting applications.
- Stay updated with accounting software, taxation regulations, and industry developments.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery and student progress.

Educational Qualifications





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Accounting courses
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of SAP FICO and Tally.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Interest in teaching and helping students develop practical accounting skills.

Additional Skills

Additional knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI, UAE VAT & GST, and AI-based accounting tools would be beneficial.

Experience

- Prior teaching, training, or industry experience in accounting and finance is an advantage.
- Candidates with practical knowledge of SAP FICO and Tally are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or accounting software training.
