Responsibilities include:

Inventory Management

· Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.

· Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system or stock registers.

· Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory is maintained.

· Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock verification.

· Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.

Material Receipt and Issue

· Verify materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

· Issue materials to production or other departments based on authorized requisitions.

· Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.

· Maintain proper documentation for all inward and outward material movements.

Store Organization

· Arrange materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.

· Maintain proper labelling and storage of all items.

· Ensure cleanliness and good housekeeping within the store.

· Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out), where applicable.

Documentation and Reporting

· Preparing PO (Purchase Order) Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS),



stock registers, and inventory reports.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

· Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments regarding stock-related matters.

Safety and Compliance

· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

· Store hazardous materials according to safety guidelines.

Prevent material damage, theft, and unauthorized access.

Coordination

· Coordinate with suppliers for material receipt issues.

· Support internal and external auditors during stock audits.

· Assist management with inventory planning and stock forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure accurate inventory records at all times.

· Minimize stock shortages, excess inventory, and material losses.

· Maintain productive material flow within the organization.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
