Job Summary

Diligence Certifications is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Technical Sales Engineers to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are interested in building a career in technical sales, business development, and client relationship management.

The selected candidates will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing suitable certification and compliance solutions, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate certification and compliance solutions.
- Explain and promote certification services such as BIS, ISI, CRS, FMCS, and other relevant services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science and IT are not eligible for this position.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- MBA candidates with a specialization in Marketing are also eligible.
- Candidates residing in Noida or Delhi will be preferred.

Skills Required

- Basic understanding of technical concepts.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
