1. Job Summary

ShelvesTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and manage client relationships within the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, negotiation, team management, and strategic sales planning skills.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Regional Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets and business objectives.
- Business Development: Identify current business opportunities, generate leads, acquire new customers, and expand the company's market presence.
- Team Leadership: Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and regional sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, key accounts, distributors, and business partners.
- Sales Planning: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



customer requirements, and potential growth opportunities.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance, improve customer acquisition, and ensure consistent achievement of business targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales team productivity, review KPIs, and implement corrective measures wherever required.
- Negotiation & Closure: Handle key client meetings, commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and high-value business deals.
- Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, pipeline updates, and regular performance updates for senior management.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address customer concerns, resolve escalations, and ensure long-term client retention.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth business execution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
