Salary Top-Up, a financial services brand backed by an RBI-registered NBFC, is looking for a qualified and result-oriented Accounts Head to lead our finance and accounting function, manage a team, and ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Experience: Minimum 2 yearsQualification: CA background (CA / CA Inter preferred)Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all accounting activities.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Supervise accounts payable, receivables, cash flow monitoring, and bank transactions.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing, audits, and coordination with external auditors.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records, ledgers, and documentation.




- Establish effective accounting controls and processes in line with applicable regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- CA / CA Inter background with strong accounting fundamentals.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
- Experience in team handling and the ability to manage accounting operations independently.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
