We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our cement dealership office. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and sales skills, experience in the building materials, cement, or construction industry, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new business opportunities and increase sales.

2. Maintain relationships with contractors, builders, retailers, and existing customers.

3. Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.

4. Prepare quotations and follow up on sales leads.

5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

6. Coordinate with office staff regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.

7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

1. Minimum 4 years of sales experience (preferably in cement, construction materials, or building products).

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

3. Strong customer relationship management abilities.

4. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, Tally ERP).

5. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
