Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily business operations and real estate activities.
- Develop strategies to increase property sales and business revenue.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate sales and marketing teams.
- Build relationships with property buyers, investors, channel partners, and clients.
- Identify new markets, projects, and business development opportunities.
- Track business performance and work towards achieving company objectives.
- Improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company professionally in business meetings and negotiations
- Requirements:
- Experience in real estate, property sales, business development,



or operations is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage teams and build professional relationships.
- Good business planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented attitude and commitment to business growth
- Compensation: Performance-based incentives and attractive earning opportunities. No fixed salary.
