Responsibilities and Duties:

- Lead the development of complex Flutter applications from concept to deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Leading the application testing effort.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines.
- Candidate may require doing communication with the client for any kind of project related discussion

Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of Flutter framework internals and architecture.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging.
- Valuable understanding of state management, Flutter flavors and app architecture.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
