Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales manager with 3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast revenue.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to improve sales performance.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Track team performance and provide guidance to achieve sales objectives.




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and a target-driven mindset.
