Job Description – Site Supervisor

Location: Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹3.5 Lakh per annum
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities across project sites.

Responsibilities

- Supervise civil and construction work at site.
- Monitor work quality, safety and project progress.
- Coordinate with labour, contractors, vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and timelines.
- Monitor material usage and site requirements.
- Identify site issues and suggest practical solutions.
- Share regular progress updates with management.
