Skilled in selecting suitable formwork systems based on structural requirements, construction methodology, and project schedules. Proficient in planning material requirements, manpower deployment, and sequencing of formwork activities to ensure effective project execution. Experienced in supervising erection, alignment, leveling,



and dismantling of formwork systems while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Adept at monitoring productivity, minimizing material wastage, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing corrective measures to improve construction efficiency. Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and safe work practices related to formwork operations. Experienced in coordinating with engineering, planning, QA/QC, and site execution teams to achieve project milestones. Skilled in conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, ensuring structural stability of formwork systems, and delivering works in accordance with project quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
