Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Project Finance to support project funding, financial modelling, fundraising, lender management, and financial planning activities. The candidate will work closely with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, AIFs, and other financial institutions to arrange and manage project financing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage project funding and fundraising activities for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, AIFs, and other financial institutions for project financing.
- Prepare and maintain detailed financial models, project feasibility studies, cash-flow projections, and funding requirements.
- Support the process of loan sanctions, documentation, drawdowns, and disbursements.
- Monitor utilization of project funds and ensure funds are deployed as per approved requirements.
- Track debt servicing, interest payments, repayment schedules, and other financial obligations.
- Prepare lender-wise MIS, financial statements, compliance reports, and other information required by financial institutions.
- Coordinate with lenders for due diligence, documentation, queries, and compliance requirements.
- Support refinancing, debt restructuring, and capital structuring initiatives.




- Evaluate project investment opportunities and assess project-level financial viability.
- Prepare financial presentations and reports for management and lenders.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Finance, Accounts, Legal, Projects, Sales, and Management to ensure timely availability of financial information.
- Monitor project cash flows and identify funding gaps in advance.
- Assist senior management in developing appropriate funding strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Candidate Requirements

- MBA / PGDM / Master's Degree in Finance is mandatory.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Real Estate Finance, or Lending.
- Prior experience in Real Estate / Project Finance will be preferred.
- Solid knowledge of financial modelling, project feasibility, cash-flow analysis, and debt financing.
- Experience dealing with Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, AIFs, and financial institutions.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and financial modelling.
- Good understanding of loan documentation, drawdowns, debt servicing, and lender compliance.
- Strong analytical, financial, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work closely with senior management and external financial institutions.
