We are looking for a motivated and responsible **Placement Officer** to manage student placement activities, coordinate with companies, and support students in securing employment opportunities.
### Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate placement activities and maintain relationships with companies/recruiters.
* Contact companies and generate recent placement opportunities for students.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement events.
* Maintain student placement records and recruitment data.
* Communicate with students regarding job opportunities, interviews, and recruitment processes.
* Follow up with recruiters and students throughout the hiring process.
* Achieve placement-related targets and maintain regular reporting.
### Eligibility & Requirements
* **Qualification:** Graduation in any discipline.
* **Experience:** Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* **Location:** Durgapur.
* **Local candidates only.**
* **Own two-wheeler (Scooty/Bike) is mandatory.**
* **Own laptop is mandatory.**
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and internet applications.
* Willingness to travel locally for company visits and placement-related activities.

### Salary
