KanpriTech is expanding its team and looking for proactive, target-driven professionals to join our International Lead Generation & Business Development team.

Position Details

Position: Lead Generation Executive/Manager (International)

Open Positions: 4

Location: Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar

Experience: 1–5 Years

Target Markets: USA, UK, Australia, Canada & Other International Markets

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: On-Site

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients across international markets.

Build targeted prospect lists using online research and relevant business platforms.

Generate qualified leads for Digital Marketing and IT services.

Identify decision-makers and initiate professional communication with prospects.

Conduct prospect research to understand company needs, industries, and business requirements.

Use email, LinkedIn, online platforms, and other appropriate channels for lead generation.

Maintain and regularly update lead and prospect databases.

Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams for lead follow-ups and conversions.

Track lead-generation activities,



response rates, and pipeline progress.

Consistently work toward assigned lead-generation and performance targets.

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in International Lead Generation, B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, or Sales.

Mandatory: Previous experience generating leads for a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Services Company.

Strong knowledge of international prospecting and B2B lead-generation techniques.

Excellent communication and research skills.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, web research, CRM tools, and lead-generation platforms.

Ability to identify relevant prospects and decision-makers.

Strong attention to detail with positive data-management skills.

Knowledge of international markets, particularly the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada, will be an advantage.
