Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise workers and ensure the proper execution of construction activities at the project site. The Foreman will be responsible for manpower allocation, work execution, productivity, material coordination, quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage workers, helpers, and skilled manpower at the site.
- Allocate daily work according to the project plan and site requirements.
- Ensure workers understand their assigned tasks and work methods.
- Monitor daily manpower attendance and productivity.
- Execute construction activities as per drawings, specifications, and instructions from the Site Engineer/Supervisor.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Coordinate with Site Supervisor and Site Engineer regarding daily work requirements.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and immediately report defects or deviations.
- Ensure required materials are available before starting work.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper storage of materials.
- Monitor progress of assigned activities and report delays or site issues.




- Maintain discipline and proper coordination among workers.
- Ensure workers follow safety instructions and use required PPE.
- Maintain proper housekeeping at the work area.
- Coordinate with subcontractor workers and labour teams.
- Assist the Site Engineer/Supervisor in measurements and work inspections.
- Report breakdowns, shortages, unsafe conditions, or other site issues immediately.
- Ensure work areas are properly prepared before starting construction activities.
- Complete assigned work within the given timeline and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of construction site activities.
- Strong manpower handling and supervision skills.
- Practical knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to understand basic drawings and site instructions.
- Good knowledge of construction work methods.
- Ability to maintain productivity and discipline among workers.
- Basic understanding of construction safety and PPE.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work at project sites and under deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience: 3–7 years of relevant construction experience.
- Experience in civil, building, industrial, or PEB construction will be preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
