iotasol Technologies is looking for a proactive and organized PMO & Compliance Lead to manage project governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, track project performance, and drive compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor project status, delivery progress, risks, and project health metrics across teams.
- Conduct regular meetings with Project Managers, Development, and QA teams.
- Drive organizational initiatives, resolve bottlenecks and improve communication across teams.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Lead gap analysis and readiness for ISO 42001, SOC 2 Type II, and CMMI.
- Conduct internal process checks and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.




- Maintain compliance documentation, audit records, and project reports.
- Share project performance and audit readiness updates with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or IT Delivery within a software or IT services organization.
- Hands-on experience maintaining ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications.
- Experience coordinating external audits and managing compliance documentation.
- Knowledge of ISO 42001, SOC 2 Type II, and CMMI certification requirements.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
