Job Summary

PGM JD for ref: Role summaryWe are seeking a talented and highly motivated Program Manager with SAP background to join the Technical Infrastructure Asset Tracking and Management team. In this role, you will drive the execution of various initiatives within our portfolio, spanning both highly collaborative transformational projects and production-grade deployments. You will manage complex program lifecycles across a hybrid ecosystem of internal engineering teams, cross-functional collaborators, and SI partners. You will partner closely with leadership stakeholders and execution teams to ensure milestones are met, risk mitigation plans are executed, and communication remains seamless across all domains.Job responsibilitiesDrive the day-to-day execution of various programs, managing progress across parallel tracks (including near-term production-ready and long-term transformational initiatives).Drive the adoption of up-to-date AI technologies to optimize team communication channels and improve overall execution efficiency.Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules, highlighting critical paths, co-dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables.Proactively identify program risks and drive the development and execution of mitigation plans.Coordinate technical deliverables and manage communications across diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, leadership, and external SI partners.Organize and lead regular program reviews, status meetings, and technical deep dives with subject matter experts.Report program status, risks, and escalations to senior leadership and core team leads.Ensure alignment on technical specifications, milestones, quality, and deliverables.[Nice to have] Prior experince with Data Centers, Asset Accounting and mission-critical realtime engineering systems would be highly preferred.
