We are urgently looking for experienced CNC HMC / VMC / VTL Setter & Operators with 6–7 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine setting, operation, tooling, and production.

Candidates should have strong practical knowledge of HMC, VMC and/or VTL machines, tool setting, offsets, cutting tools, and production machining.

Key Responsibilities

- Setting and operating CNC HMC, VMC and VTL machines.
- Perform machine setting, tool setting and job setting.
- Select and set appropriate cutting tools, inserts, holders and tooling.
- Set and adjust tool offsets and wear offsets.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and machining requirements.
- Monitor machining operations and ensure production quality.
- Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
- Handle basic troubleshooting related to machine setting and tooling.
- Maintain production targets, quality standards and workplace safety.

Required Skills





6–7 years of relevant CNC experience
Hands-on experience in HMC / VMC / VTL
Strong knowledge of CNC machine setting & operation
Good knowledge of tooling, inserts and cutting tools
Knowledge of tool offsets and wear offsets
Ability to read engineering drawings
Knowledge of precision measuring instruments
Good understanding of machining and production processes
Ability to work independently and achieve production targets

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹42,000 per month, based on experience and skill level
Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
