Job Title: Field Technician – ISP
Job Responsibilities:
- Install and configure internet connections (FTTH / broadband) at customer premises.
- Handle fibre optic cable laying, splicing, jointing, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity issues and resolve customer complaints.
- Perform router, ONT/ONU, and networking equipment installation and configuration.
- Conduct site visits for current connections, repairs, and service maintenance.
- Coordinate with the NOC team for technical issues and escalations.
- Maintain daily work reports and update job completion status.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of complaints.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
