Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and/or inbound calls to customers, explaining products or services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively
- Generate leads and follow up on potential customers
- Maintain accurate call records and customer data
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Valuable communication skills in [English / Hindi / Tamil]
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
- Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus
- Energetic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- English and Hindi are Must
