Nellai Systems / Honeybill Software Solutions is a growing software company providing business solutions for restaurants, retail, supermarkets, hotels and other businesses. We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and build strong customer relationships.

Role

The Sales Coordinator will handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotations and sales coordination, ensuring smooth communication between customers and our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and regular follow-ups
- Coordinate leads, quotations and orders with the sales team
- Prepare quotations and sales-related documents
- Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/software
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams
- Track pending enquiries and follow-ups
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in Sales / Sales Coordination / Customer Handling




- Positive spoken and written English
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
- Any Bachelor's degree preferred
