We are recruiting 10 highly experienced investment professionals who can develop investor relationships, structure investment transactions, originate funding opportunities and support the successful capitalization of projects in India and the UAE.

1. Position Overview

The Investor Relationship Manager & Head of Fund Structuring will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with domestic and international investors, identifying investment opportunities, structuring funding arrangements and coordinating capital-raising transactions.

The selected professionals must demonstrate proven experience in institutional fundraising, investor negotiations, investment documentation, financial structuring and transaction execution.

This is a results-oriented investment leadership position, not a general sales, banking operations or entry-level advisory role.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Investor Relationship Management

- Establish and maintain professional relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, private equity firms, venture capital funds, institutional investors and investment banks.
- Identify potential investors for Blackbull's LegalTech, FinTech, banking and asset-backed investment projects.
- Develop long-term investor relationships across India, UAE and other GCC markets.
- Organize investor meetings, presentations, investment discussions and due diligence processes.
- Maintain professional investor communication and transaction reporting.
- Develop an active pipeline of qualified investors and investment institutions.

B. Fund Structuring and Capital Raising

- Design appropriate investment and fundraising structures for corporate and institutional projects.
- Develop equity investment, structured finance, asset-backed financing and project funding proposals.
- Coordinate the establishment of investment SPVs, holding structures and other legally permitted investment vehicles.
- Prepare investment proposals, financial models, term sheets and funding frameworks.
- Coordinate with legal, taxation, banking and compliance professionals for India–UAE cross-border investment structures.
- Evaluate investment returns, capital protection mechanisms, financial risks and exit strategies.
- Support fundraising negotiations through documentation, due diligence and financial closure.

C. Project Finance and Asset Portfolio Development

- Identify funding sources for Indian business expansion and infrastructure projects.
- Develop investment structures for asset acquisition and distressed asset portfolios.
- Support banking, NBFC and financial technology project capitalization.
- Coordinate asset valuation, security documentation and escrow arrangements.




- Assess commercial feasibility, project cash flows and investment risks.
- Establish relationships with banks, financial institutions and professional investment channels.

D. India–UAE Investment Operations

The selected professional will help establish an productive investment relationship between India and the UAE by:

- Developing international investor participation in Indian projects.
- Supporting compliant foreign direct investment structures.
- Coordinating investment documentation under applicable Indian and UAE regulations.
- Working with legal and financial professionals on holding-company and SPV structures.
- Supporting investor reporting, capital utilization oversight and financial transparency.
- Facilitating relationships with regulated financial institutions and authorized investment intermediaries.

All investment activities must comply with applicable RBI, FEMA, SEBI, UAE Central Bank, SCA, DFSA, FSRA and other relevant regulatory requirements, depending on the transaction and jurisdiction.

3. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Experience: 8+ Years

Candidates must possess at least eight years of relevant professional experience in investor relations, fundraising, investment banking, project finance, fund structuring or institutional investment management.

Professional Requirements

- Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience interacting directly with investors and financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of investment structuring, corporate finance and capital markets.
- Practical knowledge of equity financing, debt financing and project investment.
- Ability to develop investment proposals and explain financial structures.
- Strong professional relationships within banking, investment or institutional finance networks.
- Knowledge of investment compliance, corporate governance and financial documentation.
- Ability to independently manage investor discussions and funding transactions.
- Willingness to travel between India and the UAE when required.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex investment transactions from origination to closure.

Preferred Qualifications: MBA Finance, CFA, CA, CS, LLB, Master's in Finance or equivalent professional qualifications.

Relevant transaction experience and demonstrated fundraising capability will carry significant weight in selection.
