About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support day-to-

day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical

accuracy, basic taxation knowledge, and hands-on experience in accounting processes and

documentation.

Candidates who have cleared CA Foundation or are currently pursuing CA will be given

preference.

Key Responsibilities

 Handling day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping

 Managing purchase, sales, payment, and receipt vouchers

 Preparing and maintaining invoices, bills, and financial records

 Bank reconciliation and monitoring daily transactions

 Assisting in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work

 Maintaining accounts payable and receivable records

 Coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal departments for accounts-related

matters

 Assisting in monthly closing and MIS preparation

 Maintaining proper documentation and filing of financial records





 Supporting senior accounts personnel in audits and reporting activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts or Finance role

 Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles

 Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy

 Good communication and coordination skills

 B.Com/M.Com or relevant commerce background preferred

 CA Foundation qualified or CA pursuing candidates preferred

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
