Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in township development and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of road construction, drainage systems, site execution, and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise civil construction activities for township development projects.
- Plan, monitor and supervise internal roads, road networks and related infrastructure works.
- Handle execution and supervision of drainage systems, storm-water drainage and other civil infrastructure.
- Review drawings, layouts and technical specifications and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings as required for site execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants and site teams.
- Monitor site progress, quality of work, material usage and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, work records and other project documentation.




- Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower at site.
- Coordinate with management and relevant departments for smooth project execution.

Mandatory Requirements

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in township development.
- Strong practical experience in road construction/execution is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in drainage and storm-water drainage works is mandatory.
- Valuable working knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of civil construction practices, site execution and infrastructure development.
- Ability to independently handle site-related civil works and coordinate with contractors.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
- Understanding of civil drawings and BOQs.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and quality standards.
- Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Candidates with relevant township, road and drainage experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
