1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality construction, monitoring project progress, and maintaining safety standards as per approved drawings and specifications.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Check measurements, material requirements, and workmanship at the site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to the reporting manager.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
- Monitor project timelines and take corrective action to avoid delays.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the project team.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and construction regulations.
- Maintain site records, measurement books, material records, and inspection reports.




- Coordinate site inspections and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

3. Educational Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.

4. Experience & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of civil construction, finishing works, and site supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, workers, and multiple site activities.
- Valuable understanding of construction quality standards and safety procedures.
- Ability to prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely completion of assigned construction activities.
- Quality of workmanship and reduction in rework.
- Effective material and manpower utilization.
- Compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Adherence to project schedules and safety standards.
- Accuracy and timely submission of daily progress reports.
- Effective coordination with contractors and project stakeholders.

6. Reporting Structure

Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
