Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, polite, and organised Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and business partners.
- Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage visitor entries and maintain the visitor register.
- Respond to basic customer enquiries professionally.
- Receive and manage incoming and outgoing couriers and documents.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains neat and organised.
- Coordinate with internal departments for daily administrative requirements.
- Maintain records, files, and basic office documentation.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Polite, presentable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to manage visitors and calls efficiently.
