negotiation and decision-making skills.* Willingness to travel across India as required.### Key Responsibilities* Manage sales operations across assigned territories and **Pan-India markets**.* Lead and coordinate a team of * sales professionals**.* Allocate targets and responsibilities to team members and ensure timely execution.* Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.* Coordinate with teams working in different cities/states and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.* Develop current dealers, distributors, customers and business opportunities across India.* Maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.* Conduct regular market visits and review market potential.* Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.* Train, motivate and guide the sales team.* Review daily/weekly/monthly performance of the team.* Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.* Take ownership of sales growth, team productivity and business development.### Ideal Candidate
