Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept through final site execution. The ideal candidate will combine strong aesthetic sensibilities with practical technical expertise, turning high-end residential and commercial concepts into functional, sophisticated physical spaces. You will work closely with clients, project coordinators, vendors, and site teams to deliver luxury interiors on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Conceptualization & Space Planning: Develop spatial layouts, mood boards, material palettes, color schemes, and 3D design concepts aligned with client requirements and brand standards.
- Technical Drawings & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive Working Drawings (GFCs), including civil layouts, electrical & plumbing schematics, false ceiling details, joinery drawings, and custom furniture designs.
- Client Engagement & Presentations: Lead design presentations, pitch concepts, understand client briefs, and guide clients through material selections, finishes, and fixtures.
- Material & Vendor Management: Source, specify, and select high-end finishes, hardware, lighting, textiles, and loose furniture. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for BOQ (Bill of Quantities) generation and material approvals.
- Site Coordination & Quality Control:



Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution matches approved 2D/3D designs, resolve technical site challenges, and monitor quality standards alongside the Project Coordinator.
- Team Leadership & Workflow Oversight: Mentor junior designers and 3D visualizers, review design deliverables before client presentations, and ensure project milestones are met.

Key Requirements & Technical Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience handling high-end residential, commercial, or retail interior projects.
- Software Proficiency:
- 2D Drafting & Layouts: AutoCAD (Advanced).
- 3D Visualization: 3ds Max / SketchUp with V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
- Presentation & Graphics: Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or MS PowerPoint.
- Documentation: MS Office / Google Sheets for BOQs and material specifications.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of joinery details, furniture construction, MEP basics, structural constraints, and local building materials/finishes available in the market.
- Soft Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong project ownership, client handling ability, and attention to detail.
