RW Infotech pvt ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for recent college graduates who want to start their career in Human Resources and gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Post job openings on job portals such as Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, and other HR-related activities.
- Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Recent graduate or fresher with a degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to work in a team.

Experience: No prior work experience required.
