Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor to handle student enquiries, counselling, course sales, lead follow-ups, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, messages, and direct interactions.
- Understand students' career goals and course requirements.
- Explain courses, fees, curriculum, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable courses.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective students.
- Promote courses and convert leads into admissions.
- Schedule demo classes and career guidance sessions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Update daily call records, lead status, and remarks.




- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams for demo sessions.
- Achieve monthly counselling, conversion, and admission targets.
- Maintain good relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in academic counselling, education sales, telecalling, or a related role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and sales skills.
- Valuable follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
