Job Title: Import-Export Executive

Location: Kosamba, Gujarat
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 2 or 2+ years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage import-export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping and dispatch documents.
- Prepare, verify and maintain import-export and shipment records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loading, dispatch and documentation.
- Ensure all required documents are complete and ready before dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners and other stakeholders for smooth shipments.
- Track and follow up on shipment and dispatch documentation.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records of import-export transactions.
- Support timely execution of import and export shipments.
- Assist the team with documentation and coordination related to factory dispatch and logistics operations.

Requirements





- 2+ years of relevant experience in Import-Export, Logistics Documentation, or a similar role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Import-Export Documentation and processes.
- Positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, transporters, logistics partners, and external stakeholders.
