Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall daily operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure smooth and efficient opening, operating, and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, guide, and motivate the restaurant service team.
- Allocate duties and prepare staff schedules according to business requirements.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and overall ambience.
- Ensure proper coordination between Service, Kitchen, Barista, Cashier, and other departments.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational policies, and safety standards.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, discounts, voids, and complimentary transactions.
- Review daily sales and operational reports and communicate important issues to management.
- Control wastage, pilferage, breakage, and unnecessary operational expenses.




- Coordinate with the Purchase/Store team to ensure adequate availability of operational supplies.
- Monitor stock levels of restaurant service items, packaging materials, crockery, cutlery, and other requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of restaurant equipment and assets.
- Conduct regular staff briefings and communicate daily targets and operational updates.
- Manage staff discipline, attendance, grooming, and workplace conduct.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of restaurant staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, fire safety, and workplace safety requirements.
- Coordinate with management during special events, promotions, peak hours, and operational changes.
- Prepare and submit required operational reports to management.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action promptly.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
