Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Find candidates using job boards, social media, qualified networks, and employee referrals.
- Screening: Review resumes and application forms to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess soft skills and basic qualifications.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews and act as a bridge between candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding: Assist with pre-joining formalities, job offers, and new hire documentation.
- Database Management:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
