Job Description

We are looking for a Conversion UX Strategist to research client businesses, understand their target audience and campaign goals, and independently plan high-converting landing-page journeys and content structures.

Key responsibilities include:

- Research the client’s business, products/services, competitors, target audience, and customer intent
- Understand Google Ads or campaign objectives before planning the landing page
- Plan the complete landing-page journey, section order, information hierarchy, and conversion flow
- Decide what information, proof, offers, CTAs, FAQs, and trust elements are required
- Prepare the complete landing-page strategy, structure, content direction, and recommendations in a clear client-approval document
- Present or explain the planning document to the client and make required revisions before final approval
- Identify conversion barriers and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with designers and developers after approval to ensure the planned strategy is implemented correctly
- Review completed pages from a conversion and user-journey perspective
- Ensure landing pages remain transparent, persuasive, practical, and aligned with campaign intent

Experience

Relevant experience in conversion optimization, landing-page strategy, UX planning, digital marketing, CRO, content strategy,



or performance marketing preferred.

- Agency, CRO, performance marketing, UX strategy, or landing-page experience will be preferred
