Setting the Machine Parameters as per Product Data Sheet (PDS). ,Performing inspection of product at the start of production and produce quality confirmed articles. Maintain Rejection percentage within limits. Planning for the rechecking & rework process, if any,Intimation & Follow-up of Machine/Moulds/all auxiliaries under breakdown or in preventive maintenance with Level 1 officers/ Maintenance dept. /Tool Room to resume production. Following all SOP's, Work instructions for Moulding Department.Maintaining the locations for Raw Material bags & Boxes of Semifinished, Finished Goods material as per desired location provided by department.Workmen rotation & their work allocation.Performing Visual & Fitment inspection in every 4 hours. Timely & hourly updation of Daily Production records.Unloading & loading of Mould.Work as per defined SOP's, Work instructions.Planning for the rechecking & rework process, if any,Monitoring the loading of RM into Hopper loader for preheating.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
