Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales operations, seller accounts, and day-to-day e-commerce activities. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, a willingness to learn, and an interest in developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage seller accounts across various online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
- Handle product listings, catalogue updates, pricing, inventory, and order processing.
- Monitor online sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Research new business ideas, online sales channels, and growth opportunities.
- Manage promotions, offers, and other marketplace activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, order fulfilment, customer queries, and returns.
- Prepare sales reports and track marketplace performance.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and stock availability across platforms.

Requirements

- Experience: 0–2 years; freshers with the right skills and attitude are welcome.




- Positive knowledge of computer applications, MS Excel, email, and internet usage.
- Basic understanding of online sales and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Creative thinking and an interest in generating new business ideas.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility for online business activities.
