# Job Description: Mechanical Engineer

HIM Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated *Mechanical Engineer* with 1–2 years of experience in sheet metal or tractor parts manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor production processes and ensure product quality.

* Assist in process improvement and production planning.

* Support R&D; activities, product development, and design improvements.

* Identify and resolve manufacturing and technical issues.

* Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.

Requirements:

* B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

* 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.





* Knowledge of sheet metal processes and tractor components preferred.

* Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, day shift

Salary: As per company standards; negotiable based on skills and experience.

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
