Future Haulage is a Canadian trucking company based in Brampton, Ontario. We run a fleet of 40 trucks moving freight across Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Alberta, British Columbia and into the United States (Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Recent York). We are looking for Candidates for our office in Tarn-Taran and building the team from the ground up.

What you will do

- Monitor 40 trucks running overnight across Canada and the US using our dispatch system (Toque AI) and ELD platform (Motive)
- Call and message drivers for check calls, location updates and confirmation of pickups and deliveries
- Update ETAs and shipment status so the Canada team wakes up to a current board
- Flag problems the moment they happen — breakdowns, weather, border delays, missed appointments, HOS (hours of service) issues
- Prepare the morning handover report for the Brampton office
- Send delivery and exception updates to customers by email
- Track documents: bills of lading, PODs (proof of delivery), border paperwork

You must have:

- Clear spoken and written English — you will be on the phone with Canadian and American drivers, and writing emails to customers.



This is the single most important requirement.
- Comfortable with computers: email, spreadsheets, web-based software
- Able to work as per Canadian timings (EST ) consistently, from our Tarn Taran office
- Calm under pressure and able to follow a process exactly
- Graduate (any stream) or equivalent

Good to have (not required — we will train you)

- Experience in Canada truck dispatch, freight, logistics
- Knowledge of North American geography, states and provinces
- Any exposure to ELD, TMS or load board software
