Role Overview

We are looking for a target-driven Mobilization & Placement Officer to support our Skill Development Centre by mobilizing eligible candidates, counselling them for training, and facilitating suitable employment opportunities after training.

Key Responsibilities

· Mobilize and enrol eligible youth for skill development programs.

· Conduct community outreach, counselling, awareness sessions, and enrolment drives.

· Coordinate with trainers and centre teams to ensure candidate participation.

· Build relationships with employers and identify suitable job opportunities.

· Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and candidate joining.

· Track mobilization, training, placement, and retention data.

· Prepare regular reports and maintain MIS/documentation.





· Travel to field locations for mobilization and placement activities.

Qualifications & Skills

· Any Graduate or related field.

· 0–3 years of experience in mobilization, placement, recruitment, or skill development.

· Solid communication, counselling, networking, and interpersonal skills.

· Target-oriented.

· Basic computer/MIS and reporting skills.

· Fluency in Kannada and English preferred.

· Willingness to travel within the field area.
