Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & job portal handling
- Employee induction & joining formalities
- Attendance & payroll coordination
- Employee engagement activities
- HR documentation & MIS
- MS Excel & HR reporting
- Employee coordination & HR operations
- Recruitment follow-ups & timeline management
Education / Higher Education sector experience will be preferred.
