Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations of our restaurants and resorts. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, maintaining service standards, improving operational efficiency, driving revenue, controlling costs, and delivering an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall operations of restaurants, resort facilities, and guest services.
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning across all operational areas.
- Manage and coordinate front office, F&B;, housekeeping, service, and support teams.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, expenses, food costs, labour costs, and operational performance.
- Drive business growth through improved sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adequate manpower, effective duty allocation, and proper shift management.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline, attendance, and productivity.
- Train, guide, and motivate employees to maintain professional service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, finance, HR, and other departments for smooth operations.




- Monitor inventory, wastage, stock control, and cost-management practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of restaurant and resort facilities and ensure maintenance issues are addressed.
- Prepare and review operational reports, sales reports, and performance metrics.
- Implement SOPs and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with management for business plans, promotions, events, and operational initiatives.
- Ensure the property and facilities are maintained to the required standards.
- Take corrective action wherever operational or service gaps are identified.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in restaurant, resort, hotel, or hospitality operations.
- Solid experience in managing multiple operational functions and teams.
- Good knowledge of F&B; operations, customer service, cost control, and manpower management.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
