Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations, hospital pitching, and distributor networks across assigned territories. You will be responsible for promoting high-quality medical and orthopedic products to orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and surgical retail stores while managing Exclusive Area Distributors (EADs).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily field visits to hospitals, nursing homes, and retail surgical counters.

Pitch medical-grade products to orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and purchase managers.

Appoint, manage, and audit Exclusive Area Distributors (EADs) to ensure stock availability and 24-hour order fulfillment.

Implement trade schemes, product displays,



and counter promotions for retail pharmacies.

Monitor territory sales targets, secondary sales data, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

3+ years of field sales experience in Pharma, Medical Devices, or Orthopedic Products.

Robust network with local orthopedic hospitals, retail surgical hubs, and distributors.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and territory management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
