Job description

Dataviv Technologies is looking for a practical, organised person who can use AI tools to create presentations, visuals and videos, and support everyday company operations. The role suits someone who enjoys learning new tools and can turn instructions into accurate, professional work.

Key responsibilities

- Create presentations, proposals, graphics and videos using Gemini, Nano Banana, Google Flow, Claude, ChatGPT, Canva and Gamma.
- Prepare invoices, fill company forms, format documents and maintain records using AI tools and office software. Check all information, calculations and formatting before submission.
- Assist with tender searches, eligibility checks, document checklists, bid preparation and deadline tracking. Coordinate with the team to collect required information.

Required skills and qualifications





- Hands-on knowledge of the listed AI tools, with examples of presentations, designs or videos created using them.
- Good written English, attention to detail, and familiarity with Excel, Word, Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Ability to follow instructions, manage deadlines and handle company information responsibly. Experience with invoices, company documentation, tenders or GeM submissions is an advantage.

Suggested education: Final-year student or graduate in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or a related field. Robust practical skills should be given priority.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
