Ecoponic Agri Tech is a Kolkata-based agri-tech and fresh produce company. we supply perishable fruits and vegetables included imported F&V; to retail stores, Morden trade, quick - commerce, hotels, restaurants and home customers.

About the Role
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to coordinate our daily procurement. You will be the link between our vendors, farms and internal teams, making sure the right produce is ordered, received and recorded accurately every day. The role suits someone organised, quick with numbers and comfortable following up over phone and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

- Place daily purchase orders with vendors and farms based on requirements from the sales and dark store teams
- Follow up with vendors on rates, availability, dispatch and delivery timings
- Coordinate with the dark store team on receiving, and check quantity and quality against orders
- Enter purchase orders, bills and rates accurately in the system and in Excel / Google Sheets
- Check vendor bills against orders and received quantities, and flag any differences
- Maintain daily purchase records, rate lists and vendor details
- Track shortages, rejections and returns, and resolve them with vendors
- Share daily purchase reports with the management and accounts team

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream
- 0–2 years of experience in purchase, procurement, store, back-office or coordination work
- Valuable with numbers and calculations (rates,



quantities, totals, percentages)
- Fast and accurate data entry; working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication in Bengali and Hindi; basic English for written work
- Organised, punctual and reliable with follow-ups
- Candidates living near Park Street / central Kolkata preferred

Good to Have

- Experience in fresh produce, FMCG, food or retail
- Familiarity with inventory or billing software (e.g. Zoho Inventory)

What We Offer

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹12,000 – ₹15,000, based on experience
- Paid leave as per company policy
- Performance review every six months
- Hands-on learning in a growing fresh produce business

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
