Position: Digital Media Coordinator
Department: Marketing
Location: Best Bakers

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate the company’s social media platforms.
- Create and post engaging content, including photos, videos, reels and promotional posts.
- Coordinate with the design/marketing team for campaigns and promotional materials.
- Maintain the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments and customer messages.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with shops and departments to collect content and updates.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and suggest new content ideas.

Requirements:





- Previous experience in digital media/social media preferred.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Good communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with positive attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
