About the Role

We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Reel Video Editor who understands social media content and can turn raw footage into engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form videos.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos.

* Convert raw footage into high-quality, attention-grabbing short-form content.

* Add captions, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, music and graphics.

* Create strong hooks and maintain good pacing throughout the video.

* Follow current social media editing trends and formats.

* Work with the content/social media team to understand the objective of each video.

* Deliver videos according to deadlines and content calendars.

* Repurpose long-form videos, interviews and educational content into multiple short-form videos.

* Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, colours and editing style.

Requirements

* Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar editing software.

* Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube short-form content.

* Strong sense of timing,



storytelling and visual presentation.

* Ability to select the best clips from raw footage.

* Good understanding of captions, hooks, transitions and trending formats.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* A creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new content styles.

Freshers Can Apply
