As part of our strategic expansion in the Infrastructure & Projects sector, we are looking for an experienced Director (Infrastructure & Projects) to lead project acquisition, business development, strategic partnerships and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Role Overview

The Director will be responsible for building and leading the Company's Infrastructure & Projects vertical, with a strong focus on identifying large-scale opportunities, EPC projects, infrastructure development, institutional projects, strategic partnerships and project execution.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Infrastructure, EPC, Construction, Renewable Energy and large institutional/public-sector projects, with a proven track record of acquiring and executing high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the Company's Infrastructure & Projects Business Vertical.
- Identify and develop large-scale infrastructure and EPC opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with PSUs, institutional clients, authorities, consultants, developers and major industry stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate tenders, EPC contracts, infrastructure projects, PPP projects and development opportunities.
- Lead the complete business development cycle from opportunity identification to tender participation, negotiation, project award and execution.
- Develop strategic JVs, consortiums and partnerships for large-scale projects.
- Evaluate project feasibility, commercial viability, technical requirements and execution capabilities.
- Lead negotiations for tenders, contracts, work orders, EPC agreements and strategic project arrangements.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, procurement and project execution teams.
- Oversee project execution, timelines, budgets, quality, safety and contractual obligations.




- Develop project proposals, capability presentations, commercial strategies and business plans.
- Build a strong pipeline of infrastructure and EPC projects.
- Identify current sectors, markets and geographic opportunities for expansion.
- Work closely with the Board/CMD on strategic investments, project acquisition and expansion plans.
- Represent the Company before clients, consultants, financial institutions, strategic partners and other key stakeholders.
- Build and lead a high-performing Infrastructure & Projects team.
- Drive revenue, profitability and long-term growth of the Infrastructure vertical.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

- 15–25+ years of senior-level experience in Infrastructure, Construction, EPC or related industries.
- Proven experience in large-scale project acquisition and business development.
- Strong understanding of tendering, procurement and project contracting processes.
- Experience dealing with PSUs, institutional clients, authorities, consultants, developers and large corporate organizations.
- Proven track record of acquiring and/or managing high-value infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, BOQs, project costing, commercial negotiations and contract management.
- Experience in forming JV,



Consortium and Strategic Partnerships.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Ability to independently build and manage an Infrastructure & Projects business vertical.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, including project profitability and P&L; management.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development and project requirements.

Educational Qualification

Preferred:

- B.E. / B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / related discipline
- MBA / PGDM – Business Development / Finance / Project Management / related field

Additional qualifications in Project Management, Contracts, Infrastructure Management or Business Development will be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a strategic business leader, not merely a project manager. The candidate should be capable of building the Infrastructure vertical, identifying high-value opportunities, developing strategic relationships, securing projects and driving them through successful execution and profitability.

Compensation

Competitive CTC – commensurate with experience, project portfolio, leadership capabilities and business contribution.

For exceptional candidates with significant experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, compensation will be mutually discussed based on profile and suitability.
