We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-obsessed Junior Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team in Noida. This is an entry-level, full-time role perfect for someone with a minimum of 3 months of initial experience (such as a previous internship or freelance project) who is ready to take full ownership of a brand's digital presence. You will be responsible for creating daily content, basic video/graphic designing, and engaging with our online community to build a strong brand image.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Daily Posting:

- Brainstorm, script, and shoot short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn videos).
- Design daily posts, stories, and carousels using basic design tools like Canva.
- Write clear, catchy, and error-free captions and hooks tailored for different social channels.

Platform Management & Trend Monitoring:

- Maintain the daily publishing calendar and upload content consistently across all platforms.
- Actively track viral trends, trending audio tracks, and internet memes to adapt them quickly for our brand.
- Ensure all posts match the brand’s visual style and tone.

Community Engagement:

- Monitor social media feeds and respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions in a timely, polite manner.
- Interact with relevant industry pages and communities to increase organic reach.

Basic Reporting:





- Keep track of basic metrics like views, engagement rates, and follower growth to report what content is performing best.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3 months of experience handling professional social media accounts (via an internship, freelance projects, or agency background). A strong personal portfolio of content creation will be highly valued.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Mass Communication, Marketing, or Business degrees are a plus).
- Tools Proficiency: High comfort level with Canva and mobile video editing applications (like CapCut, VN Editor, or InShot).
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills with an eye for creative formatting and storytelling.
