Business Development Executive – AEC Industry

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and support our international business development initiatives across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia.

This is an excellent chance for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and eager to build a career in Business Development within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities across international AEC markets.
- Support email outreach and cold-calling activities to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain and update CRM/MIS with accurate prospect and interaction details.
- Follow up with prospective clients and assist in scheduling meetings with senior team members.
- Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing reports on lead generation, outreach activities and campaign performance.
- Research market trends, competitors and potential business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and support the team in effectively communicating Axium Global’s services and value proposition.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Project teams to maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,



Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with a confident and professional approach.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Basic understanding of sales/business development is an advantage; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with MS Office, email communication and CRM tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle international client interactions.
- Willingness to develop knowledge of international markets and AEC industry services.
